How your portrait session works

Step 1

FIRST CONTACT

It all starts with an initial conversation where we dive into your professional identity and your wishes for the business portrait. We talk about styling, backgrounds and the overall aesthetic that best represents you and your business.

Step 2

BEFORE THE SESSION

Based on our initial conversation, we create a plan for your business portrait(s). We coordinate times, locations and make sure everything is ready so you can feel confident and prepared. We're also happy to talk and advise on clothing and what looks best in your business portrait.

Step 3

ON THE DAY

On the day of your portrait session, you will be guided through the entire process so you can feel comfortable in front of the camera and together we can capture your personality and professional expression. On the day, you'll help approve the images and the portraits we'll be working on.

Step 4

RECEPTION

Once your images are ready, they are delivered to a secure online gallery where you can browse and download your images. Should adjustments need to be made, we're just a call or email away.

Professional make-up and hair styling

Get the look you want with the help of our professional makeup artist and hair stylist, who will work closely with you to ensure you look the way you want in your photos.

PRICE: DKK 1,499 excl. VAT for the entire session (1 hour).

Should you require extra time, the price is DKK 749 excl. VAT per hour or part thereof

Marketing image format package

If your images are going to be used in different places, it's important that they have the right ratio to avoid incorrect cropping.

With our marketing package, which is purchased before the photo session, we ensure that your portraits are optimized for use on Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, in ads and on your website.

We convert your images to JPEG format and keep the file size to a maximum of 300 KB. This preserves image quality while your website speed is not negatively affected.

You get: (In addition to your high-resolution images) Your selected images in up to 5 different ratios.

1 x Ratio 1.1: Perfect for profile pictures on Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn.

1 x Ratio 16.9: Ideal for cover photos on your social media profiles.

3 x optional ratio: Customized for your website and advertising.
