FIRST CONTACT
It all starts with an initial conversation, where we dive into your professional identity and your needs and wants for the portrait session. We talk about styling, backgrounds and the overall aesthetic that best represents you and your business.
BEFORE THE SESSION
Based on our initial conversation, we create a plan for your portrait session. We coordinate times, locations and make sure everything is ready so you can feel confident and prepared. We're also happy to talk and advise on clothing and what looks best in a portrait and represents your profession.
ON THE DAY
On the day of your portrait session, you will be guided through the entire process so you can feel comfortable in front of the camera and together we can capture your personality and professional expression. On the day, you'll help approve the images and the portraits we'll be working on.
RECEPTION
Once your images are ready, they are delivered to a secure online gallery where you can browse and download your images. Should adjustments need to be made, we're just a call or email away.

We’re often asked: “How much do employee portraits cost?”. This is both an easy and difficult question to answer, as it depends on several factors.
We’ve created a price calculator for you to get an idea of how much your employee portraits could cost.
It’s important to note, that this is not a final price. The final price may vary based on location, your specific requests and the time of the shoot. We don’t charge based on how many people you have, but based on how many images you need, usually 1-2 images per employee. That’s why the calculator is also designed to calculate based on the number of portraits.
